Pump protection

Pumps and motors, including borehole and booster pumps are susceptible to damage from undervoltage burning out its windings, or at least reducing its useful life. Overvoltage and power back surges associated with return of mains power potentially damage all electrical and electronic equipment.

Sollatek Electronic’s Voltshield AVS3P-0 protects from overvoltage and undervoltage on any one of the three phases as well as loss of one or more phases. The AVS3P-0 is designed to operate an external control circuit or contactor which may be part of a motor starter or other equipment. The AVS3P-0 has a volt-free changeover contact as an output.

Risk slasher

DIY enthusiasts can ensure precisely accurate cutting results while eliminating the risk of shattering tiles, using the Bosch PTC 470 tile cutter, which features an innovative slashing and breaking technique.

The product features a die-cast aluminium base plate with rubber feet and a clamping device to eliminate shifting during use. The user simply has to place the tile against the guide edges at the front of the tool. The integrated spring mechanism on the cutters adapt to the thickness of the tile. The titanium-coated cutting wheel at the bottom of the scoring lever is slid over the entire tile using light pressure. The breaking stamp integrated into the sides is then folded down, and used to break the tile cleanly at the slashing line.
