The Malmesbury WWTW represents a pioneering application in South Africa with state-of-the-art membrane technology for wastewater treatment and non-potable water reuse

The new Renprop Residential development, located in Ferndale where the old Velskoen drive-in once was, is aptly named after the 1999 British romantic comedy film, Notting Hill. This location was chosen due to the fact that it offers residents easy access to major transport routes as well as a range of facilities such as shopping centres, medical facilities, good schools, sporting clubs and gyms among others.
