There’s never enough money to install a pipe system correctly with the correct materials (which might be expensive), but there’s always enough money to fix it later when the cheap materials have failed.

Technical panel needed for no‑nonsense guidance

I have come to realise that many plumbers, architects, quantity surveyors, contractors, project managers, building control officers, plan approvers, building inspectors, engineers or even developers and facility managers may have a need for a technical panel to provide advice or interpret a regulation, deem-to-satisfy (DTS) rule or any other technical issue.
