Sani2c riders are in for an exciting and decidedly dirty ride across vast and varied terrain, but key sponsor, hansgrohe, will be treating riders to the exclusive hansgrohe shower experience at every overnight stop along the way. hansgrohe’s own team will also be along for the ride, and there are many prizes to keep riders pedalling as hard as they can – including a weekend away for two at Kapama Private Game Reserve, valued at R25 000.

Hansgrohe is inviting Sani2c participants to “Play Dirty” – but not in an unsportsmanlike way. As riders navigate the often-muddy terrain along the Sani2c course, it’s pretty much guaranteed that they’ll gather some dirt. But that’s all part of the fun. So, hansgrohe is inviting challengers to play and win one of many random giveaways or win the dirtiest rider of the day award.

To enter, participants must post Instagram selfies showcasing how dirty they got on the trail at each stage of Sani2c. After the event, the dirtiest grand-prize winner will be announced. Riders can also win random BORA-hansgrohe replica-kit prizes in daily prize giveaways.

Starting at Glencairn farm at the hansgrohe stand, participants can spin a prize wheel to win one of 133 biking-activewear prizes and get a feeling for the hansgrohe experience while they chill out.

Amid all of the excitement, riders will also be treated to the pleasure of indulging in hansgrohe taps and showers at every overnight venue while they wash the day’s dirt away. hansgrohe is thrilled to sponsor the KAP Sani2c Adventure Race and wishes all the riders the best of luck!
