Whilst still training according to the QCTO modules, the recently-launched BluLever Education apprenticeship takes training a step further by starting apprentices off with a leadership course, called ‘Leadership Base Camp’. The course consists of four weeks at base camp, two weeks on campus and two weeks of workplace exposure.
