Once again, a competition in nine skills achieved success.

Twelve individuals from each group made it to the finals, which were held on 2 September 2023, at the Louis Botha Technical High School.
It is heart warming to see these youngsters work so hard for three days with different tasks and know that the future of skills is in safe hands.
As Mr Wimpie Lodewyk, the organiser said “you are all winners” for having reached the finals and he commended those who will walk away with the awards, telling others to be prepared to learn from them.
Both the learners and teachers were in their own competition category, with the latter being the first. Thank you to the judges who give their time freely, as well as the time and products that were spent on the event including prizes donated such as IOPSA’s voucher for each of the bronze, silver and gold categories, for teachers and learners.
We should have the list of winners by tomorrow, when we well list them by name. The group photos will suffice for now.
