The new store is not a completely new addition to the Plumblink network, but rather the relocation of an existing branch to a bigger and more customer-focused space. According to Plumblink CEO Gary Chandler, the move reflects the company’s commitment to improving the customer experience while expanding its product offering.

“I think from our side it’s not opening a new branch – it’s actually relocating the branch that we had which was just up the road,” Chandler explains. “It was a smaller branch, and it was a very good branch for us and our customers love it.”

The new store aims to move beyond the traditional plumbing-store experience by offering customers a wider selection of quality products in a modern retail environment.

“We’ve expanded on our range of product in this store here as well. So, it’s really nice products, all approved and probably some of the best stuff you’ll find on the market,” says Chandler.

Customers can also expect the service and technical support for which Plumblink prides itself. The store allows customers to browse products independently while still having access to knowledgeable staff for guidance.

“We pride ourselves on that. We’re not just another plumbing supplier, we specialise in what we do,” Chandler says.

With its expanded range, accessible layout and focus on service, Plumblink Plus’s new branch signals a more modern approach to plumbing retail, combining product choice, technical expertise and customer convenience under one roof.
