Getting a glimpse into Geberit’s training facility is a joy, particularly when one knows that plumbers and trainees come to the company’s Linbro Park premises to learn more about toilet and sanitary ware installation.
Trainers Rainer Holzberg and Victor Kisbey-Green take learners – in this case, those from Tshwane South TVET College – through some of the background of the company before getting them to buckle down on the practical side of the training.
Geberit has dedicated rooms where installation and mechanics of sanitaryware are clearly demonstrated, however most impressive is the massive wastewater system they use to show students how water flows through an integrated, well installed system.
The company is dedicated to helping students further their understanding of plumbing, and the enthusiasm of its instructors demonstrates that clearly.
