This geyser was installed in a cupboard in a bathroom, and a COC was issued for this installation!
Lindin advised the customer to call the manufacturer and the installer to rectify the issue – unsurprisingly, the customer didn’t want to call that plumber back.
The customer also contacted their insurance company.
